What information are we collecting and why are we collecting it?

We will as a minimum when you fill in the form collect your: name and address.

We may collect some demographic information, such as which country are you living i.e. France. This helps us to see what countries are looking at our site.

We may also look at other information such as which pages are you interested in, blog etc. it may be referring and exit page, operating system, time-stamps, and clickstream data.

We also track and analyse non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers.

This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our site so that we can constantly improve it.

What we use it for;

  • Overall the information we collect is there to help make our site better, give you what you want, based on what you are looking at.

  • With regards to the information of your name and email, this is there for the video series which is what this site is about; helping you get the information you need to make a change in your life.

  • We will send periodic emails about the blog, hints and tips related to making a change to your life. The email may contain new products we think you may find useful. We may send you some more free material you may enjoy.

Axe your 9 to 5 are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.

So that we can prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website has a secure lock icon in the address bar, you can see the “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. We have additional software protecting the security of the site. The emails addresses are kept in a secure online facility. The only person to have access is Jeff James.

We always ask if you are happy for us to contact you, we will let you know what we are sending you i.e. The video series, and why you’ll be receiving it i.e. for information.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to other third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

We (ourselves only) may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties, which we think you may find interesting i.e. as part of a learning experience if you tell us that you wish this to happen. By saying yes to receiving the free emails you consent to us sending them to you. We will also send you a weekly newsletter with useful information related to education. Should you wish to discontinue receiving these e-mailings easily unsubscribe using the link in the emails you receive.
